New Vista will develop its consulting practice by limiting its clients to:

Large strategic clients that have a short term need for strategic planning, compensation plan design, acquisition review and product expansion consulting.

Companies and clients where New Vista will provide consulting services where the Company will generate a fee and equity. The equity portion may require a combination of completing strategic projects and/or completing successful fund raising activities.
