New Vista Partners, started in 1997, has evolved into a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and investments. Client services include acquisition valuations and the development of growth and exit strategies (where appropriate) for both traditional clients
as well as New Vista-owned enterprises. In light of its founders' successful track record and extensive background in start-ups, turnarounds, workouts, rollups and growth organizations, it became apparent that New Vista Partners was well positioned to expand and broaden its operations.
This expansion began in October 2000 with the addition of key staff, and through identifying key clients who could benefit from the
company's services. Each partner and associate possesses extensive experience in critical business functions, which are needed to effectively work with a
client's management team. New Vista Partners will endeavor to review and understand the

Each of New Vista Partners founders has over twenty years experience in starting and successfully divesting businesses. They have completed numerous transactions, raising millions of dollars in the process. Their track record allows the Company to approach qualified investors and professional venture capitalists on behalf of their clients.

Vista's development, its founders recognized a void in professional services being offered to small and mid-size companies. Traditional business consultants, accountants, attorneys, investment bankers and venture capitalists each perform important, but specific tasks for their clients. Hoevever, few truly understand the complex and dynamic needs of small to medium sized organizations.
New Vista has positioned itself as an organization to perform and/or manage these vital business services for both its clients and the companies in which New Vista has made and investment. This can reduce the expense, loss of time, and risks the client incurs by not knowing when a

It is the goal of New Vista Partners to act as an investment syndicator for several venture capital firms who have expressed an interest early stage companies. New Vista will hold a board seat and provide appropriate strategic oversight and reporting for its financial partners. The Company also plans to create its own growth capital fund from a combination of sources in order to respond quickly to attractive opportunities. This fund will reduce the time required by the Company and its clients to raise capital for individual transactions. This will also give New Vista management additional time to support the profitable growth of its clients and holding companies.
Based on its successful track record, New Vista will initially focus on companies in the health care product and services market sectors, and on companies that provide value-added services to its clients through specific service offerings.
