New Vista will make equity investments in entities where the Company believes it can provide administrative and strategic value that will allow the company to exceed planned growth rates of 20% or more annually. These companies must also be strategically positioned or deemed a platform company for internal and external growth. We believe each of these equity holdings will have the potential to provide significant shareholder returns within three to five years. The Company is confident that the corporate services it provides, coupled with its successful experience in developing and managing high growth companies, will allow the equity holdings to grow quickly and profitably. Since New Vista was founded, four transactions have been completed. Each of the equity holdings has the potential to provide significant shareholder returns within the previously mentioned timeframes.
